These functioning models will create tangible alternatives for the ways we relate and organize ourselves. We work with organizations and focus on their workplaces & with schools; enhancing their abilities to become better places for their employees who will in return have stronger contribution to the success of these entities.
Practically, we accompany interested entities in a participatory multi-dimensional process meant to lift or transform the entity into conflict-able space inclusive in its processes and bountiful in its outcomes. In addition, we offer practical services, including conflict coaching, and mediation services, as alternative dispute resolution methods, where parties can solve their conflict collaboratively, respond to their needs while preserving respectful if not good relationships. |
